6 cloves| Garlic - roughly chopped
1 tbsp| Olive Oil
1 tbsp| Honey
2 tbsp| Soy Sauce
1 tbsp| Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp| Dojin Mustard
2 tsp| Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp| Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp| Cayenne Pepper
2 | Lime - juice and zest
2 lbs| Chicken Thighs
Combine in a large bowl or ziptop bag
Combine
Refrigerate for up to 12 hours. 4-6 hours is ideal
Heat grill on medium high to about 400F. Oil grates, remove chicken from marinade, and grill. Grill for 8-12 minutes flipping once until chicken is 155 to 160F
Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 - 10 minutes
