1 lbs| Kimchi
1/4 cup| Kimchi Brine
1 cup| Onion - sliced
1/2 lbs| Pork Belly
2 | Green Onions - sliced
1 tsp| Kosher Salt
2 tsp| Gochugaru (Korean red pepper)
1 tbsp| Gochujang
1 tsp| Toasted Sesame Oil
2 cup| Anchovy Stock (or other)
1/2 package| Tofu
1 | Green Onion - chopped
Add to pot
Drizzle oil and add to pot
Stir stew and lay tofu over top. cook for 10-15 min
Garnish green onion on top, remove from heat, and serve with rice.
Cover and cook for 10min
