Preheat to 300°F
Stir to combine
Combine remaining ingredients for braising liquid
Remove the silver skin, score, and pat dry.
Then sprinkle with ground pepper on both sides
Tent ribs in aluminum foil leaving one side open, meaty side down. Place on a baking sheet then pour braising liquid on top
Cook for 3 hours
Remove ribs from oven and enjoy!
1) Wash the ribs then pat them dry to get rid of potential bone fragments
2) You can grill them at the end to get a nice char (a butane torch may work as well? I need to try that out)
